WHY WE RECOMMEND BOTH

Some legends were safely reconstructed from donor identities when no suitable native player identity was available. Football Manager can therefore retain the donor profile picture unless a graphics pack overrides it.

Installing the R7S Legends Facepack alongside the database replaces those donor or generic images with the intended historical legend faces.

Built to pair

V2.2 is designed specifically to be installed alongside R7S Legends Database 26.

RECOMMENDED SETUP

Install the database + facepack together.

The database remains fully playable without the graphics pack, but the facepack is the recommended visual companion—especially for reconstructed legends whose underlying donor identity may otherwise carry the wrong profile image.

INSTALLATION

01 Extract the downloaded ZIP.
02 Put the R7S facepack folder inside your Football Manager 2026 graphics folder.
03 Close Football Manager 2026 completely, then start the game again so the new faces appear.
