ABOUT THIS DATABASE
R7S Legends Database 26 is designed as a complete long-term Football Manager universe rather than a simple pack of famous names. Legend profiles are rebuilt across attributes, positions, preferred foot, personality, traits, CA/PA, age structure and playing history. Native identities are protected first, with duplicate, donor, clone and staff/player conflicts audited separately so a corrected profile does not create a new identity problem elsewhere. The club world is part of the project too. Contracts, club allocation, historical strength, finances, squad-size distribution and other long-term systems are reviewed so the database remains playable beyond the first transfer window. Youth development is also treated as part of club identity. Youth-development and youth-intake environments, home-grown status and squad pathways are reviewed alongside historical careers, helping the save produce a more believable future instead of only recreating the past. Age normalisation, CA/PA staging, contracts, squad distribution and structural checks are designed around long-save balance. Static XML validation and fresh-career runtime testing remain separate gates, so a change is not treated as confirmed in-game simply because it exists in the source file. V2.4 is the current Members Early Access release. Research, corrections and runtime feedback continue through future updates, with each new public version replacing the previous download line.

The database remains under active maintenance. Identity, duplicate, attribute, club-assignment and runtime issues reported after release are tracked through public updates and the comment system. Structural source validation and fresh-career in-game confirmation are treated as separate checks.

I really like the idea and the effort which has gone into this. However, there is so many inflated potential abilities. Over 500 players have a potential ability of 190 or over. Therefore I cannot currently use the database as the best players of all time are washed out among player like Phil Foden
RESOLVED IN V2.1 — This balance pass is now complete. V2.1 includes 900+ CA/PA calibrations and reduced the number of players rated 190+ CA from 170+ to 71, restoring a clearer elite tier across the database. I love this database, i really do. It brings me some nostalgia since i am watching football for 40+ years. I have request and suggestion..legends should be younger so we can enjoy them more and i see a lot of players missing, especially from ex-yugoslavia...anyway, keep up the good work and have a great day
Can you do a request of the legends missing that you want added ? Just click on the menu and click request legends , that will help a lot
i suggested some but unfortunately it says i reached the limit...its not a problem i can wait, i am just curious for how long do i have to wait?

There are 2 Edwin van der sar(s)... the other one is a free agent (hes somehow black too, idk but you should check for other players' skin colours, some of them are misraced too - Petr Cech from Chelsea for example...)

I really appreciate your effort on completing this database and also taking advices from others. I'm having a great time playing it! But there is one thing that bugs me whenever I reach further the date: aging. Many players somehow notice they are getting old and decide to quit European clubs, later joining saudi arabian league or simply retire from international stages. Literally I want to experience the highest quality of players longer, so could there be a little change in something like: 1. adjusting the age (20-23) 2. delete saudi arabian clubs (fck moneyball but idk if this makes sense because maybe someone would want to play these leagues) Hope you doing well!
"Fck Moneyball" ahahaa, i will try to find a strategy for the ages i already have implemented de aging, maybe reducing 1 year in every one and create a new strategy because i've, done it in , 50-60-70-80-90-00's , maybe doing it in 5's so the age gap is better
